This agreement is entered into by and between the Legal Education Society of Alberta, hereinafter referred to as “LESAB”, and the recipient of legal education services, hereinafter referred to as “Recipient”. WHEREAS, LESAB is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing legal education and resources to legal professionals and the public; WHEREAS, Recipient desires to engage in legal education services offered by LESAB; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
