This contract entered by between United Automobile, Aerospace, and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (UAW) General Motors (GM), hereinafter referred “Parties.”
Article 1: Purpose
This contract establishes the terms and conditions of the UAW GM Legal Services Plan for the provision of legal services to eligible members of the UAW.
Article 2: Scope of Services
The UAW GM Legal Services Plan shall provide legal assistance and representation to UAW members in matters related to employment, benefits, workers` rights, and other legal issues arising out of their employment with GM.
Article 3: Eligibility
Eligibility for the UAW GM Legal Services Plan is limited to active UAW members who are employed by GM. Retired members and their dependents are also eligible for the plan.
Article 4: Legal Service Providers
